associate will work on the intersection of IP law with cutting edge
technologies in areas as diverse as networking, web technologies,
telecommunications, computer science, semiconductors, e-business,

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience

A degree or formal training in a related area,
preferably an MBA

At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in
an startup organization
