Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for formulating, administering and consolidating HR Policies in line with the Business strategy. Setting up of HR Processes in the organization and managing day to day HR functions. Handling Complete Recruitment Cycle. Handling Training, Employee Welfare, Performance Appraisal.

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience

·         A degree or formal training in a related area, preferably an MBA

·         At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an startup organization

·         Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
