Ravi brings a wide range of experience in diverse technology and technology management areas. He is responsible for the overall vision, growth and execution of iRunway’s strategic plans. He also serves on the Board of the company and steers the strategic direction of the company.

Prior to starting iRunway, Ravi worked in robotics research, semiconductors and the automotive sector. While with Applied Materials Inc., he managed the deployment of several next-generation technologies in North America, Europe and Asia, primarily at Infineon in Germany, STMicroelectronics in France and Samsung in South Korea. He was later a program manager charged with a next generation Light Commercial Vehicle initiative at Tata Motors and also helped launch several internet related business while with Trilogy, Inc.

Ravi holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and MS in Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.

Animesh oversees all revenue and client operations for iRunway and is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic customer relationships. Animesh is also responsible for the strategy, design and growth of iRunway’s solution and service landscape.

Animesh regularly works with the Chief IP Counsel of leading corporations and Partners in law firms to design customized IP research programs and help organizations achieve better outcomes. His interactions with leadership teams across organizations and service orientation has helped iRunway achieve a ‘strategic IP partner’ status with customers.

Before starting iRunway, Animesh worked with the business development team at Trilogy, Inc. with focus on evaluating new business opportunities for the company. Animesh was also instrumental in establishing the IP research division at Evalueserve.

Animesh holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Shashank heads the global client services and operations team at iRunway and has been instrumental in architecting and building the delivery organization – a consulting team that provides deeper technology insight to help customers achieve better outcome.

Shashank champions crucial process initiatives and is also responsible for critical growth drivers – capacity and support infrastructure.

Shashank has extensive hands-on experience in IP services and other technology strategy/ commercialization initiatives. He has worked on multiple patent and technology analysis engagements in various industries including E-business, software and internet based applications and semiconductors. Prior to starting iRunway, he worked with Evalueserve in the IP division and with Sarnoff Corporation in the office of technology strategy and licensing.

Shashank received his bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.

Brajesh takes the responsibility of benchmarking the existing HR processes to the best practices in industry. His focus area will be on enhancing the ‘Employee Delight Index’ by promoting a Performance-driven and Innovation-at-work culture.

Before iRunway, Brajesh worked with Mahindra Satyam as DGM-HR in a Business Partner role. He was managing 5000 employees for the business which was spread across UK and US geographies. Brajesh worked innovatively to retain critical employees during Satyam crisis of 2009. His HR leadership skill helped his business group stabilise major accounts from a people standpoint and regain the confidence of key customers - a turn around story of Mahindra Satyam.

In his earlier stint, Brajesh was with the Indian Air Force in various capacities for 11 years. He was actively involved in L&D, Air Defence Operations and employee engagement initiatives at various air bases.

Brajesh has completed Certificate Program in Management from IIM, Bangalore and also received his Masters degree in Physics.

Karthik heads the marketing function and is responsible for integrated marketing efforts including the evolution of the company’s brand and go-to-market strategies. He oversees iRunway’s positioning, market intelligence, customer outreach programs and other channels that drive corporate growth.

Karthik joins iRunway from Cognizant, where he led marketing and analyst relations for their Business Intelligence (BI) and Performance Management practice.

At Cognizant, Karthik helped the practice and its customers win six industry awards – a recognition for their role in enabling BI excellence – including three ComputerWorld BI Perspectives Best Practices awards, the DM Review Innovative Solution award, the Cognos Performance Leadership award and the Informatica Innovation award

Karthik completed his Post Graduate Program in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and received his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from University of Madras.

Srinivas is responsible for global financial management including financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury and tax, audit and investor relations. Srinivas has over 13 years of experience in areas of accounts, corporate finance and MIS in IT, Manufacturing and consulting industry.

Prior to this current position, Srinivas worked with AppLabs Technologies for over 6 years successfully leading their Accounts & MIS functions. He also worked with Radico Khaitan for 2 years where he handled financial operations of their manufacturing unit and supported SAP implementation across the enterprise.

Prior to that he was associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a management consulting company in Mumbai where he led implementation of Business Intelligence tools for Financial Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting.

Srinivas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Sriram leads the client services team at iRunway and brings extensive experience in leading our consulting team in high-stakes patent litigations and other IP research programs.

In this role, Sriram drives the company’s pursuit for achieving greater excellence in delivery management through process and quality initiatives. He is responsible for overall project execution, capability development, methodology and tools for iRunway’s services globally.

He also oversees iRunway’s people operations, ISO-certified information systems and guides policies related to data security and confidentiality. Prior to iRunway, Sriram was with Covansys where he worked on multiple projects in the ERP space.

Sriram received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
