Our leadership team includes technology and IP experts from Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), University of Texas at Austin, London Business School, Indian School of Business and the Indian Institute of Management.

The founders are pioneers in the IP consulting business model, and together bring over twenty five years of experience in the fields of IP and technology.

Ravi brings with him varied experience in diverse technology and technology management areas. Prior to starting iRunway, Ravi worked in the fields of Robotics research, Semiconductors and Automotive sectors. While with Applied Materials Inc, he managed the deployment of several next generation technologies in North America, Europe and Asia, primarily at Infineon in Germany, ST Microelectronics in France and Samsung in South Korea. He was later a program manager for a next generation Light Commercial Vehicle program while with Tata Motors and also helped launch several Internet related businesses while with Trilogy, Inc.

Ravi holds a MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.

Animesh has extensive experience in the Intellectual Property space. Prior to starting iRunway, Animesh worked with the business development team at Trilogy where his focus was on evaluating new business opportunities for the company. During his tenure there, Animesh conceptualized a new service line on patent analysis and was the chief architect in building a Patent Analysis tool to help identify potential targets for licensing and infringement. Prior to his MBA, Animesh worked with Evalueserve in their Intellectual Property division. As a founding employee of Evalueserve's Intellectual Property division, Animesh was a pioneer in conceptualizing and delivering patent services out of India.

Animesh received his MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Shashank has extensive experience in Intellectual Property services and has worked on multiple patent and technology analysis engagements in various industries including E-business, software and internet based applications and semiconductors. Prior to starting iRunway, he has worked with Evalueserve in the Intellectual Property division and with Sarnoff Corporation in the office of technology strategy and licensing. He has extensive hands on experience in technology strategy and commercialization activities.

Shashank received his B.Tech in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.

Kunal has extensive experience in delivering intellectual property consulting, strategy and services to clients across the globe. He has worked across domains and has hands-on experience in bio-medical technology, nanotechnology and information technology. Prior to iRunway, Kunal was instrumental in setting up and managing the IP operations team at Pangea3 and Evalueserve. As a Chevening fellow in UK, Kunal worked with a technology startup Phosphonics and helped devise the technology and business strategy of the company.

Kunal has studied entrepreneurship at London Business School and Cambridge University. He holds an M.Tech and B.Tech in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT Delhi.
