How does the training program work?
You will undergo intensive training in all aspects of IP, including IP Asset Management and Litigation, as part of the formal induction into iRunway. After the classroom training is completed, you will work with experienced team members for the next couple of months as part of the on-the-job training. Besides functional training, associates are given the opportunity to develop skills through programs such as Problem Solving, Project Management, Written & Oral Communication, Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
